One of the most anticipated careers in history, Eric Lindros spent 13 seasons as one of the top players in the NHL, and won numerous awards including the Hart Memorial and Lester B. Pearson. This lot offers a number of signed items from his personal collection. Included, we have 10 limited-edition John Newby “Tripped Up” prints from 1997 signed by Lindros in black ballpoint and the artist in pencil (18” x 22”, numbered to “888”, this group includes a run from #650 to #659), followed by a signed Team Canada jersey (Pro Wear model with “52” sizing and tackle twill crest and numbers – signed over the crest in black marker), issue #8 of Beckett from 1991 signed on the cover in silver with Frozen Pond hologram, 4 signed oversized New York Rangers cards (6” x 9 ½”), 8 limited-edition 2002 Rob MacDougall Team Canada prints signed by Lindros in pencil (20 ½” x 28”, numbered to “100”, these Artist Proofs are numbered #58, #60, #61, #62, #63, #64, #65 and #67), and 4 Stephen Holland Flyers lithographs signed by Lindros in black marker, and the artist in pencil (26” x 37”, with moderate to heavier wear to the group). Not originating from Mr Lindros’ collection, we also have a five cards signed, including his 1990 Score rookie card, 1991 Score World Juniors card and three others. The prints show light wear with the odd corner ding or blemish unless otherwise noted. LOAs will accompany for the Holland lithos, the Newby prints and the Team Canada jersey, with Frozen Pond COAs for the signed hockey cards.
