Taking place in Nashville, Tennessee on June 21st and 22nd, the 2003 NHL Entry Draft was considered one of the most talented groups of players ever assembled and featured Marc-Andre Fleury selected 1st overall, with this just the third time in draft history that a goaltender was chosen as the premier pick. This Nashville Predators banner from the event has been signed by all 30 first-round selections. Signers include the aforementioned Marc-Andre Fleury, along with Brent Burns, Eric Staal, Dion Phaneuf, Jeff Carter, Nathan Horton, Nikolay Zherdev, Thomas Vanek, Milan Michalek, Ryan Suter, Braydon Coburn, Andrei Kostitsyn, Hugh Jessimen, Dustin Brown, Brent Seabrook, Robert Nilsson, Steve Bernier, Zach Parise, Eric Fehr, Ryan Getzlaf, Mark Stuart, Marc-Antoine Pouliot, Ryan Kesler, Mike Richards, Anthony Stewart, Brian Boyle, Jeff Tambellini. Patrick Eaves and Shawn Belle. The black marker signatures display well, with the 20” x 62 ½” vinyl banner mounted to styrofoam board to slightly larger dimensions.
