Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2022
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/1/2022
Winning a pair of gold medals with Team Canada in just two years at the IIHF Women’s World Championships in 2001 and the Winter Olympics in 2002, Isabelle Chartrand was also a member of the St. Lawrence University Saints women's ice hockey program, playing in the ECAC Hockey conference. This red-airknit Team Canada jersey by Nike was donned by Chartrand during games leading up to the 2002 Olympics in Salt Lake City. Tagged in the collar as a size "50" with nearby IIHF and "W" (womens) fly tags, this gamer sports the embroidered Hockey Canada crest over the chest, with additional team patches on each shoulder, and an IIHF patch on the reverse hem. The sweater shows nice game-use with a few marks and burns visible, with a team repair on the left sleeve and some pilling along the collar. An LOA from Classic Auctions will accompany.
