Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2022
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/1/2022
Selected by the Montreal Canadiens at the 1995 NHL Entry Draft, Jonathan Delisle played just a single game for the Habs in 1998-99, and sadly passed away in a car accident at just 28 years of age in 2006. This Canadiens jersey was issued to Delisle for the 1999-00 NHL season. Pro Player and size “56” labels are affixed to the collar, with Pro Player and NHL crests over the reverse hem. Styled with the most famous team crest in hockey, “42” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in layered tri-colour tackle twill, with “Delisle” across the affixed nameplate in single blue twill. The NHL 2000 crest is also sewn just above the right breast. Issued but never worn, the jersey remains in gorgeous condition. An LOA from the Montreal Canadiens will accompany.
