Hundreds and hundreds of cards is what you’ll have some fun sifting through as high bidder here, with nothing high grade to note, the vast majority of the cards exhibiting handling and various degrees of wear, with condition improving over the chronological order and yearly card totals approximative. Expect mostly cards in the VG vicinity among 200 from 1977-78, with a Bryan Trottier RC but G, with 250 from ’78-79 a tad nicer overall. A beat up Mike Bossy rookie is amid 75 from ’78-79 and then things get more interesting and plentiful. Over 600 from ’79-80 include mostly decent VG+ to EX entries, including Hull (3), Howe and Bossy, as well as recognizable secondary RCs, league leader and star cards, with some better/worse conditions to come across. Classic OPC not-precise centering is observed on several of the early-‘80s rookie cards in our title, with a Ray Bourque RC otherwise VG, a crease spotted in a Paul Coffey RC and rubber band-caused indentations lowering a Grant Fuhr rookie. EX-ish RCs contributing from ’81-82 are those of Denis Savard (3), Andy Moog, Dino Ciccarelli and Glenn Anderson (2), with the approximate totals for the ‘80s material as follows: ’80-81 (200)(with some intermittent unscratched Topps examples highlighted by a VG-EX Mike Gartner RC), ’81-82 (400), ’82-83 (50)(an off-centered Dale Hawerchuk RC is otherwise NM or real close) and ’83-84 (35). Check out our images for the not-mentioned rookie and star card lineup and decide if you want to be the next person to sift and sort, with most years not in numerical order but the more plentiful years sorted by team.
