A mixed bag of vintage hockey treasures is offered totaling 31 and ranging from the 1930s to 1970s, highlighted by framed Montreal Forum and Maple Leaf Gardens calendar pages. Included, we have a large scrapbook from the 1930s (12” x 18”, over 70 pages), loaded with period newsprint clippings including not just hockey but numerous sports. This is followed by a program for the 1962-63 Chicago Black Hawks vs Toronto (heavy surface wear), three 1960s Detroit Olympia Red Wings ticket stubs all for matches vs the Leafs (Oct 23, 1960, Feb 12, 1961 and Nov 1, 1964), a 1937 media photo of a hockey fight between the Maroons and Rangers (8” x 10” with moderate wear), a 1932-33 photo of George Heard with the Calgary Tigers (6 ½” x 8 ½” with small creases and clipped corner), a 1940s Ken Nelson New York Rangers scouting business card, an Art Somers Diamond Match sleeve silver, a 1942-43 Winnipeg Amphitheatre program for a wartime contest between the New York Rangers and HMCS Chippawa The Navy (moderate to heavier wear), a 1968 Northland hockey stick brochure in it’s original mailing envelope, a 1946 Qu'Appelle Wings cabinet photo (12" x 14" with some water damage), a Bobby Orr "The Two Sides of" LP record with sleeve (lower grade) and more. There is also framed Bee Hive scribbler advertising Bee Hive photos (8 ½” x 10 ½”) plus 2 Group 1 Bee Hives (Lepine and Robertson) and 4 Group 2 (Backstrom, Hall, Moore and Henry), and a 1940-41 O-Pee-Chee Mud Bruneteau (poor). The framed calendar pages (no glass in either) include an MLG example from 1951-52 featuring an image of the 1951 Stanley Cup champion Leafs (20” x 30”, heavy wear, Bill Barilko year), and a Montreal Forum page from 1947-48 featuring a collage of images including the early-1900s Montreal Wanderers and the Ace Bailey and Howie Morenz memorial games teams (19 ½” x 25”, with wear and staining).
