Inviting cardboard, some of it encapsulated, to charm you with here, with Ken Dryden’s classic rookie card earning a mark of NM 7 from PSA and joined by an all-Hall of Fame six-pack that merited lofty MINT 9 status; #s 30-Ullman, 37-Delvecchio, 60-Perreault, 71-Lemaire and 120-Richard, as well as HOF builder 122-Quinn. The same six cards are also among the stack of raw cards, similar to 10-Plante and 114-Clarke, the latter two’s graded issues receiving marks of NM-MT 8, with 8s of 7-Stanfield and 97-Ratelle also contributing. Slabbed NM 7 are 50-Bobby Hull, 11-White, 53-Seiling and 82-McKenzie, with 70-Gordie Howe at EX-MT+ 6.5. Completing the PSA portion at EX-MT 6 are 100-Bobby Orr, 84-Pete Mahovlich and a duplicate of 97-Ratelle. The raw rest range mostly from EX-MT to NM with some NM-MT-or-better to be discovered, along with a small percentage of lesser lights. An EX-MT unmarked checklist is to note as are a few condition exceptions. The #1-NHL Goals Leaders example is miscut with corner/edge dings, while the last card, 132-McCallum is one of only three with a small light crease. Three others exhibit toning; 26-Unger, 81-Wakely and 105-Frank Mahovlich. All-in-all, splendid Topps cards await their new appreciative home.
