Winning gold medals at the World Championships with Team Canada in 1990, 1992, and 1997, Laura Schuler also competed at the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano and has coached at both Minnesota–Duluth and Dartmouth. This women’s national team jersey was worn by the Scarborough native in 1997-98. A Bauer Pro label and size “46” fly tag are affixed to the collar, with sublimated crests over the shoulders. Featuring the Hockey Canada team crest with embroidered detailing, “27” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in layered tackle twill, with a patch over the left breast to commemorate the passing of Don Cherry’s wife Rose. Sporting nice game-use with dark marks over the front, there are also burns over each sleeve.
