Selected by the Washington Capitals at the 1988 NHL Entry Draft, Tim Taylor won two Stanley Cups championships during his career, with Detroit and Tampa Bay. This Red Wings jersey was worn by Taylor in 1996-97. Center Ice and Nike labels with “52” sizing are affixed to the collar, with embroidered Nike and NHL crests on the reverse hem. Accented with tackle twill numbers and letters, “Taylor” is sewn to the upper reverse in single red twill. The “2nd Set” team stamp resides on the inside hem, while the intact fight strap has a partial rip present, with most of the velcro detached from the bottom part of the strap. Game-wear is heavy and includes numerous black marks on the lower front and sleeves, along with board burns around both elbow areas. There is also a small resulting hole on the left sleeve.
