This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/30/2021
Scoring the fastest hat trick in NHL history, plotting a trio of goals against the New York Rangers in just a mere 21 seconds, Bill Mosienko was born in the “Chicago of the North”, and spent his entire NHL career in The Windy City with the Black Hawks. This framed display includes an index card signed by the 1945 Lady Byng winner. Featuring a modern 8” x 11” print of Bill’s trio of hat trick pucks matted above, the 3” x 5” index card has been inserted beneath, and flawlessly signed in blue marker, with the desirable notation of “Chicago Blackhawks – 1941-55” added, along with his HOF induction year of “1982”. Framed to full dimensions of 14 ½” x 22”, we should note that Mosienko passed away in 1994 at the age of 72.
