Highlighted by a massive over-lifesize Michael Jordan Gatorade advertising standee, this lot offers a huge multi-sport collection, with the majority of items featuring basketball, with a few noteworthy Babe Ruth baseball specimens as well. Included with the large Jordan Gatorade display, we have a pair of vintage Harlem Globetrotters pennants including a mini-example from the 1970s (9”) and one dated 1987-88 (18” with tip cut), followed by unopened Wheaties (Steve Nash) and Farley’s Fruit Snack (Jordan) boxes, a Shaq puzzle still sealed (16” x 20”), two Chicago Bulls sport watches in their original cases, a Phoenix Suns bobblehead from 2008 in the original packaging and over 2000 misc basketball cards from assorted years and manufacturers along with a 1991 Upper Deck factory set in the original box (not sure if complete), and a complete box of North Carolina Tar Heels All-Time Greats (Jordan) with 36 packs. The baseball items include a complete set of baseball coins from 1990 in their original display box (10 ½” x 21 ½”), and six Ruth items, with “Greatest Moments in Sports” LP and 45, Babe Ruth Story sheet music (9” x 12” with moderate wear), a Babe Ruth Story ad culled from a magazine with Bendix (10” x 14”) and two additional Babe Ruth Story ads including one set in a frame (9” x 12”). Rounding out the lot, there are collector plates, mini football helmets, a pair of Jordan comic books, a Dr J hard cover book, four Wheaties 75th anniversary mini-boxes (McGwire, Elway, Payton and Woods, with moderate wear to the group) and more! Also included, we have approx 190 complete cereal boxes featuring different sports (each is disassembled and folded), with a large concentration of Gretzky and Jordan specimens. The majority of the items show moderate wear, with the large Jordan Gatorade display in beautiful as-issued condition (37” x 100” at the widest points).
