Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/23/2021
Standouts with the Colorado Avalanche for a number of seasons, we offer a pair of signed sticks, with an example used by 2001 Stanley Cup champion Alex Tanguay during the mid-2000s, along with a specimen wielded in the mid-to-late-2000s by the player responsible for the club’s most games played all-time, Milan Hejduk. Easton Synergy (Hejduk) and CCM Vector models (Tanguay), both sticks sport the players name over the upper shaft, with the original white tape over the handles and knobs. The blade tape remains on the Tanguay stick, removed from the Hejduk, with each signed across the blade. Both sticks exhibit light to moderate game-use, and remain completely solid and we should note that Tanguay used this particular model for two seasons (2005-06 and 2006-07 - first season in Calgary), while the Hejduk originates from circa 2007-08.
