This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/23/2021
The first ever major league baseball venue not residing in the United States, Jarry Park served as the home of the Montreal Expos for the club’s first eight seasons from 1969 to 1976, with the stadium the site of Bill Stoneman’s noteworthy no-hitters game in 1972. This original seat hails from the memorable park. At approx 31” in height, the silver metal seat has “23” in red centered over the seat back, with black metal legs that have been added to facilitate free standing. There is some red finish over the sides and parts of the seat bottom, with moderate wear overall to the components which includes scratches and a few small rust-coloured stains to the seat back.
