Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/23/2021
A true Canadian treasure! One of only a few pucks that was used in overtime prior to Sidney Crosby’s golden goal in the 2010 Olympic men’s hockey final, this extremely rare and incredibly desirable Vancouver 2010 official game puck is the centerpiece of this framed montage. Canadians will always remember where they were for this historic match! Zach Parise drew the U.S. even in the dying moments of the third, sending the game to overtime, before Sidney Crosby sealed their fate. Sid the Kid has signed an authentic Crosby Team Canada 2010 jersey which is beautifully displayed within this superb display, along with the authenticated overtime game puck, an 8” x 10” celebration photo, centralized name plaque, and etched suede Vancouver 2010 Inukshuk logo. Framed to full dimensions of approx 36 ½” x 44 ½”, an Olympic COA for the puck is included along with an example from Frameworth for the signed jersey, and please note that due to the size and/or weight, special shipping arrangements may be required.
