Practically owning the Maurice “Rocket” Richard Trophy, winning the prestigious award as the NHL’s top scorer nine times, Alexander Ovechkin is also a regular at the NHL All-Star Game, making appearances at at the best-on-best showcase religiously throughout his career. From the 2008 All-Star Game, we have an Eastern Conference jersey signed by the superstar accompanied by a framed display that contains a fragment of game-used netting from the contest. First, the jersey was produced by Reebok with “XL” sizing along with a tackle twill team crest and numbers, with Ovechkin signing the reverse number in blue marker, with the signature bleeding into the background material (there are also a few dark stains over the nameplate). An “Ovechkin 8” hologram has been affixed beneath. The framed display includes an 8” x 10” photo from the match, the fragment of netting above and a plaque below, with each double-matted and framed to full dimensions of approx 15” x 22”. A hologram from Frameworth has been affixed, with a matching COA to accompany.
