A veteran of over 1,300 NHL contests spread over 18 seasons, Alexei Kovalev was originally selected 15th overall at the 1991 NHL Entry Draft, with appearances made for five different NHL clubs including Pittsburgh, Ottawa and Montreal. This lot includes a Canadiens alternate captain’s jersey signed by the three-time All-Star, along with a pair of signed Warrior AK Twenty-Seven Kovalev Foundation sticks. First, the jersey was produced by Reebok and features a tackle twill team crest, with Kovalev signing the crest in black marker, with the signature displaying well. The sticks both feature Warrior and Kovalev Foundation graphics, with this model Kovalev’s own signature stick, with the Russian superstar signing each in black marker, with the signatures and sticks in beautiful condition.
