Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/23/2021
Originating from the personal collection of Mario Marois, we have this game-worn Quebec Nordiques jersey he donned circa early-1980s. The somewhat detached Maska tag remains in collar with laundry tag present, and an additional Maska patch has been embroidered onto the back bottom hem. A ton of game-use is visible with black marks on the lower front, red marks and board burns on the back bottom hem and additional board burns to the elbow area of both sleeves. 17 fairly large team repairs are also present, with 7 on the left sleeve and 10 on the right. Measuring-out to roughly a size 50, the identifiers have all been heat-pressed on other than the team crest, with the back name on nameplate, sleeve and back numbers all showing wear including some peeling and flaking. The fleur de lys emblems that sit above the front and back hem are present and fairly undamaged.
