Jacques Villeneuve wore this custom-made Sparco fire suit while driving for Bar Honda in 2002. The suit is tagged in the front zipper by the factory "JV-004-02-D". This coding means it was the 4th suit of this model made for Villeneuve during the 2002 season. The Sparco tag in the collar has his handwritten name “Villeneuve”, date "03-01-2002" and ref "004". The suit has the full Lucky Strike tobacco sponsorship on the front and back as well as on the legs. The suit has "J. Villeneuve" and the Canadian flag sewn into the belt area as well as all other sponsor patches embroidered onto the suit. The back of the suit has applied pieces of tape with handwritten information “Zip def.” and “To Sparco rep, return to JV motorhome”. A portion of the Velcro band on the collar has been cut-off. Jacques has applied his signature on the upper left breast area of the suit. This item is from Jacques Villeneuve's personal collection and will come with his signed LOA.
