Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2020
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 10/20/2020
Posting impressive numbers for his nation at the World Juniors, Jordan Eberle was named Tournament MVP and Best Forward at the 2010 event, with his 26 points scored for Team Canada tied for second best all-time. From his pre-rookie days, we have an Edmonton Oilers jersey that was worn by a young Eberle at training camp in 2008-09. An Elite label along with a second tag with “58” sizing are affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled with the classic oil drop team crest with embroidered detailing, “25” appears over the sleeves and verso in layered tackle twill, with the “Oilers 30” crest over the right shoulder. Game-use includes burns visible over the sleeves and right shoulder. The “Set 1” team patch resides on the inside hem near a MeiGray crest numbered “F10254”, and according to their population report, the jersey is a "Navy Set 1 - Training Camp Only" example. An Oilers LOA will accompany.
