Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2021
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/23/2021
Celebrating a number of the game’s greatest with a fabulous collection of signed jerseys and pucks totaling six and featuring the all-time points leader amongst American-born players, the record holder for the most consecutive 50-goal seasons and the only man to have his name on the Stanley Cup as both a player and owner, we have jerseys signed by Mario Lemieux (Pittsburgh), Mike Modano (Dallas), Tony Amonte (Chicago) and Mike Fisher (Ottawa), along with pucks signed by Mike Bossy (Islanders) and Jason Spezza (Team Canada). The jerseys all feature tackle twill team crests and numbers (the Ottawa is a souvenir jersey with no numbers), with each signing within the reverse number in black (the Modano sig is in white, and the Fisher jersey has been signed on the chest), with the signatures displaying well (the Amonte exhibits minor bleeding). The pucks have both been signed in silver near/over the team emblem, with just a very light smudge to the Spezza. A fifth Team Canada souvenir jersey signed by an unknown player is also included, with the Lemieux, Modano and Amonte jerseys all JSA certified, with a document to accompany.
