Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2020

Representing the inaugural and sophomore seasons of the Columbus Blue Jackets, we have a jersey worn by longtime NHL star and former Florida Panthers head coach, Kevin Dineen, in 2001-02 – his penultimate season – accompanied by uniform pants worn by Dineen during the Jackets first season in 2000-01. First, the jersey has a size “56” fly tag affixed to the collar, with KOHO and NHL crests over the reverse neckline and bottom hem respectively. Styled with an attractive textured team crest with embroidered detailing, the navy V-neck has been accented with white tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers with red trim, with alternate crests over each shoulder. The pants are solid red Tackla models with sewn-on team crest and NHL shield emblem, with “11” handwritten to the interior. A team LOA will accompany for the pants.
The jersey shows great game-use, with heavy board burns over each sleeve. There are also three team repairs near the right elbow and a single repair over the left. The team stamp resides on the inside hem, and it denote’s the jersey as a “Set #1” example. The pants exhibit heavy use with numerous marks present and heavy wear to the material. Dineen has signed the pants in silver, and the signature displays well.
