Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2020

Likeable are the renditions featured in Parkhurst's 1953-54 hockey card effort, with a classic of Lach and Richard (card #30) leading the encapsulated six-pack here at EX-MT 6. Also just back from PSA are Gump Worsley's RC (EX 5), the key Jean Beliveau rookie (VG-EX 4) and Rocket's regular issue (VG-EX 4). Sawchuk is a VG 3, while two one-inch creases send Howe to GOOD+ 2.5. Among the raw contingent, after the #1-Lumley card (G, with multiple light creases), there's hardly a crease spotted, with VG-EX to EX cards dominating the rather uniform condition, with EX-MTs also present. A pieced-together assembly is evidenced by varying degrees of toning. Only a dozen don't make the grade due to a crease or notorious light album-caused indentations, with 57-Howell RC (VG) the only notable. Overall, a "likeable" assembly!
Among the lesser lights not mentioned is 7-Kennedy; a dime-size blotch of glue residue is on the upper back of the otherwise VG-EX example.
