A gold medal winner with the US at the 2013 World Junior Championships, Alex Galchenyuk spent 6 seasons in Montreal, with his best career totals to date occurring in 2015-16 when he registered 56 points in 82 games. From the following season, we have a Canadiens Set 3 road jersey worn by Galchenyuk during the 2017 Stanley Cup playoffs. An Adidas band with “56” sizing appears along the inner collar with heat-pressed “3”, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with the famous and sacred CH team crest, the white V-neck has been accented with tri-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Galchenyuk” across the affixed nameplate in single blue twill. The NHL centennial patch also resides over the right sleeve. Exhibiting light game-use, a washed-out stick mark is visible over the lower left sleeve, with a few faint board burns also visible. Obtained directly from the Montreal Canadiens, the team patch (A04585) sits on the inside hem, while a hologram numbered “GU13436” from the Canadiens has been affixed to the reverse “7”, with a team LOA to accompany matching both numbers.
