With one autographed card coming in each pack, 2001-02 Be A Player Signature Series was incredibly popular upon its release due to the inclusion of then-modern players, but there was also an opportunity to pull signed cards from the game’s legends with the Vintage Autographs set. Offered here is a gorgeous complete set of 39 cards, limited from 20 to 90 copies of each, with the details of each card listed below. All are hard-signed and collectors should also note that card VA-16 was not released, thus the set is complete at 39 cards. There are two different cards of Gordie Howe, Jean Beliveau, Henri Richard and Bobby Hull, with a dozen other Hall of Famers since departed to the hockey heavens; Schmidt, Lach, Bouchard, Rayner, Lindsay, Gadsby, Kelly, Bower, Geoffrion, Moore, Worsley and Mikita. Featuring mostly in-action shots in captivating color, these beauties carry interesting book value and will impress when they arrive.
