Vintage circa mid-1970s warm-up jacket of the Denver Spurs has XL tagging in the collar and measures up to a size 46. The stretchy material orange jacket has the Spurs team logo on the left breast with the number "16" underneath. Our research shows that a number of players wore the #16 in that era including Jack Borotsik for the CHL Spurs in 1974-75, Jean-Paul Leblanc for the WHA Spurs in 1975-76 and even the famed Bill "Goldie "Goldthorpe (best known as the inspiration for Ogie Ogilthorpe in the 1977 movie Slap Shot) is shown wearing this number in a 1975-76 WHA program for the Spurs. The zipper of the jacket is broken on the bottom and has a few black marks on the sleeves and body of the jacket but overall displays very well.
