A standout in the WHL for four seasons with the Calgary Hitmen, Jake Virtanen was selected 6th overall by the Vancouver Canucks in 2014, with time spent representing Canada internationally at the World Juniors. This Canucks jersey was worn by the New Westminster native in 2015-16, during his rookie season, from Oct 7, 2015, to Dec 22, 2015. A label with “58” sizing is affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Styled with an attractive tackle twill team crest with embroidered detailing, “18” appears over the sleeves and verso in single blue twill, with matching vintage style crests over each shoulder. Exhibiting just light wear, there are a few marks and burns over each sleeve, with a small resulting hole over the right elbow. The “Set 1” team patch with bar code is affixed along the top of the fight strap, with a COA from the Canucks to accompany.
