A member of the Triple Gold Club and the only Swede in history to win the Stanley Cup, World Championships and gold at the Winter Olympics each twice, Peter Forsberg spent parts of 13 seasons in the NHL, with the bulk of his career representing Colorado. This Avalanche alternate captain’s jersey was worn by the Hall of Fame superstar in 2003-04, his final season with the club before returning in 2007-08. A label with “58” sizing is affixed to the collar, with KOHO and NHL crests over the reverse neckline and bottom hem respectively. Styled with a textured Aves team crest with embroidered detailing, “21” appears over the sleeves and verso in layered tackle twill, with matching alternate Bigfoot crests over each shoulder. A patch from MeiGray numbered “B02315” resides on the inside hem, with a matching LOA to accompany, and according to their population report, the jersey is a "Burgundy 1st Regular Season w/A" example.
Exhibiting light to moderate game use, there are a few dark marks over the upper left sleeve, with board burns over each elbow section. There is also a bit of faint red paint transfer on the team crest.
