A three-time Olympic medalist, Darius Kasparaitis spent parts of 14 seasons in the NHL, with the bulk of his time skating for the Pittsburgh Penguins and New York Islanders. From his second stint in The Big Apple, we have a New York Rangers “Lady Liberty” third jersey issued for the Russian star in 2006-07, his final season with the club and in the NHL. A label with “56” sizing sits affixed to the collar, with embroidered NHL and Reebok crests gracing the bottom hem and back necklines respectively. Utilizing a gorgeous textured Statue of Liberty team crest with embroidered detailing, the navy V-neck has been embellished with “6” in layered drop-shadow tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with matching shield crests over each shoulder. A patch from MeiGray numbered “D10950” has been placed on the inside hem, and according to their population report, the garment is a "Third Set 2" example. Comes with a team LOA.
Showing no obtrusive wear or marks, the jersey remains in gorgeous condition.
