Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2020
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/16/2020
The Toronto Maple Leafs were arguably hockey’s most dominant team in the waning years of the Original Six era and their Stanley Cup victory in 1967 is still fondly recalled by fans. In this limited-edition piece from respected sports artist Daniel Parry, four members of that squad which defied the odds to claim victory in postseason battles with Chicago and Montreal boldly signed the piece under individual portraits located at the bottom. The silver ink signatures from Bobby Baun, Johnny Bower and Ron Ellis look great and Parry adds a signature below the main image. Numbered “2019/3000”, we are pleased to offer this example beautifully double-matted and framed to 28” x 33” to add to your collection. An LOA from Classic Auctions will accompany this piece.
