A Stanley Cup champion in 1992, Luc Robitaille spent 19 seasons in the NHL, with HOF enshrinement occurring in 2009. This is the stick Robitaille used to reach the 40-goal mark with the L.A. Kings for an eighth straight season in 1993-94. He reached the milestone on April 4, 1994, in a 6-1 win over Edmonton in a neutral site game at Sacramento’s Arco Arena. Robitaille signed across the front of his white tape job on the blade of this Koho Vector DRC gamer, a two-piece stick with composite shaft and “Robitaille” stamped on the Christian wood blade insert (heavy glue residue). Luc’s white tape knob is also intact with “1994” written on the back in black marker. “40” is written in blue marker at the top of the white panel with “Robitaille” and a “21 Mars 1994” date stamp, on the front of the shaft. Luc Robitaille’s signed LOA accompanies this historic 40th goal stick.
