Ready to add to any considerable puck collection, we have a large grouping of 33 1973-83 Viceroy NHL game pucks including a large concentration of Toronto examples, 3 vintage Converse examples, a Viceroy WHA puck and an additional 83 modern game and souvenir pucks, for a total of 120. First, we have a late-1960s Converse Oakland Seals puck (moderate wear, darkened Converse label), a Converse 1970s Chicago Cougars puck (light wear), a 1970s Viceroy Birmingham Bulls puck and an early-1970s Converse Tidewater Wings puck (wear to the Converse label). This is followed by 33 1973-83 Viceroy NHL game pucks, with 18 Leafs examples, along with Atlanta (3), Vancouver (3), Montreal (2), Winnipeg, Calgary, Minnesota and others. The collection also contains 54 modern game pucks including playoffs and All-Star Game examples and an additional 29 misc. souvenir pucks.
The 1973-83 Viceroy NHL game pucks vary in condition, with most showing light to moderate wear including to the labels. The 54 modern game pucks are mostly from the late-1990s to mid-2000s including 41 in their NHL cardboard canisters, with numerous team represented. There’s also a pair of 1992 NHL 75th anniversary pucks, two 1993 Stanley Cup centennial pucks, two 2002 All-Star Game pucks and a 2001 All-Star Game puck. The souvenir examples include three Bobby Orr pucks, a vintage Phil Esposito “NHA” puck, a Cooper 1972 Summit Series Winnipeg contest puck, a vintage Seals puck and others. Condition varies again, with most showing just light to moderate wear and no damage or unsightly gouges/missing sections.
