Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2019
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/18/2019
Capping off the 2011-12 NHL season with 95 points, the Los Angeles Kings would decisively beat Vancouver, St Louis and Phoenix in the playoffs - losing only two contests, before defeating the New Jersey Devils in six to claim their first Stanley Club championship in franchise history. From the victorious 2011-12 campaign, we have a goal mask signed by the Kings squad. A Franklin GFM100 model with a “royal” motif and team emblems over the sides and forehead, 25 have signed in gold paint pen, including Carter, Bernier, Quick, Brown, Fraser, Drewiske, Voynov, King, Clifford, Scuderi and others. The signatures display beautifully, standing out against the darker background. A hologram has been affixed over the top near the back, with a matching COA to accompany. A 14” x 11” x 12” (the base extends) plexiglass display case with a small plaque affixed to the front is also included.
