Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2019
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/18/2019
Held at the Bell Centre in Montreal, the 2009 NHL All-Star Game featured the first "Breakaway Challenge” competition, with the game decided by a shootout, with the Eastern Conference slipping past the Western, 12-11. We have a goal mask team-signed by both squads. Featuring a red, white and blue Canadiens motif, All-Star Game decals sit over the forehead and each lower side, with a Habs CH emblem over the chin section. 36 have signed throughout the surface in blue ink including Ovechkin, Price, Malkin, Toews, Lundqvist, Kovalev, Heatley, Thornton, Loungo, Markov, Kovalchuk, Staal and others. The signatures display nicely with no issues. A hologram from CSI is affixed just above the forehead, with a COA to accompany, along with a plexiglass display case. Also includes a JSA LOA
The additional signers are Carter, Vanek, Streit, Thomas, Brown, Boyle, Boumeister, Chara, Tkachuk, Giguere, Doan, Backstrom, Marleau, Savard, Lecavalier, Campbell, Kane, Niedermayer and a few others. The plexiglass display case is 14” x 11” x 12” (the base extends), with a small plaque affixed to the front.
