Fantastic John Tavares signed game-used stick is from his third OHL season with the Oshawa Generals in 2007-08, when he had 118 points in 59 games. “To the Moss family, John Tavares 91” reads his dedicated autograph in silver paint pen low on the shaft of his 2007-08 OHL Generals CCM Vector 10 game-used stick. "JT 91" and "J. Tavares" factory graphics sit on the front of the shaft below John’s original tape job on the knob. A “Tavares 91” hologram sticker is affixed to the back of the lower shaft. Game use shows in wear to the bottom edge of the original tape job on the blade and a scuff to the factory graphics low on the front. Comes with a Classic auctions LOA.
On his way to being chosen No. 1 by the New York Islanders in the 2009 NHL draft, Tavares had 77 points as a 15-year-old OHL rookie in 2005-06 and then scored 72 goals the following season to break Wayne Gretzky’s league record for goals by a 16-year-old.
