Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/19/2018
The 1979-80 season is one to look back on for Guy Lafleur fans as it was the last time he hit the 50-goal mark, a feat he had accomplished in the previous five seasons. This wonderful Sher-wood PMP 5030 holds the "14 Mars 1980" factory date stamp on back and a very special name stamp version “G. Lafleur 10 Flower”. We have seen the surname or the nickname but never both on the same stick! Correctly taped in white at the shaved handle with aged black cloth tape on the blade. A smaller, personalized ballpoint signature is down low on the shaft and this one displays game use throughout with stick marks on the shaft and wear along the bottom edge of the blade tape job. No cracking or damage to note.
