Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction February 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/27/2018
Enjoying a lengthy hockey career that included skating in the OHL, AHL, ECHL and DEL, centerman Chris Minard also saw NHL action with both the Edmonton Oilers and Pittsburgh Penguins. We have a Penguins jersey that was worn by the Owen Sound native in 2008-09. Size 58 CCM tagging sits affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Featuring an attractive Penguins team crest with embroidered detailing, the solid white V-neck has been embellished with oversized and textured tackle-twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Minard” over the nameplate in matching material. Just light wear is visible on the garment, with marks over the front and sleeves along with some minor staining around the collar. The team patch on the “Set 1” jersey resides over the inside hem, with a matching LOA to accompany.
