A Memorial Cup winner in 1989 with Swift Current, Sheldon Kennedy roller bladed across Canada to raise awareness and funds for sexual abuse victims in 1998. We have a Calgary Flames jersey worn by the Brandon native during his time in Alberta in 1995-96. A Maska Airknit label with size “52” fly tag sit affixed to the collar, with embroidered NHL and CCM crests over the reverse bottom hem. Featuring an attractive and layered Flames team crest fully administered in tackle twill, the white V-neck has been accented with slanted sleeve and verso numbers, with “Kennedy” across the nameplate in dual-colour tackle twill. The front, sleeves and reverse are completely littered with dark marks, with additional examples over the team crest and reverse numbers, with a small hole over the right elbow and small L-shaped tear just above the left cuff. The team patch sits over the inside hem, and it denotes the sweater as a “White #1 of 2” example.
