A second round draft pick of the Atlanta Thrashers in 2005, Ondrej Pavelec spent parts of 4 seasons in Georgia before the club re-located to Winnipeg. The Czech netminder is now in his sixth season in the Manitoba capital. This Jets jersey was worn by the Kladno native between Jan 7th and April 10th 2014, and it’s been photo-matched. “Goalie Style” size tagging resides along the collar, with NHL and Reebok patches on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with a multi-coloured Jets team crest, the dark tie-neck has been accented with dual-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with matching alternate crests over each shoulder. The team patch (#TN10110025A) sits on the inside hem along with a bar code placed just above the fight strap, with a matching LOA to accompany.
Visible game-use on the desirable Jets jersey includes a stick mark over the team crest along with a few marks over each sleeve including some red paint transfer over the right elbow. There is also some light pilling around the front collar. Regarding the previously mentioned photo-matches, Getty Image #478262977 from March 12th and Getty Image #483806291 from April 7th, have both been matched to the big black mark on the team crest.
