The winner of numerous NHL hardware including two Stanley Cups, Evgeni Malkin has also shone on the international stage, recognized as the best forward and MVP while leading Russia to the gold at the 2012 World Championships. These skates were worn by the future HOFer in both the 2010-11 regular season and Winter Classic contest, and they have been photo-matched. Bauer Vapor models with custom Tuuk blades, the skates feature affixed and embroidered identifiers, with partial lacing intact. Handwritten notations on the underside of each are present including a date of “10-01-10”. Heavy use is apparent, with considerable wear to the boots and toes including scrapes, cuts and abrasions.
