Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction October 2016

This circa 1970-72 Chicago Black Hawks Bobby Hull jersey was originally gifted to Vancouver Canucks statistician John Lacobucci after meeting Hull and his Black Hawks teammates. The jersey was then gifted to Lacobucci’s nephew Vince Florio in the 1970’s after a Vancouver Canucks contest vs Chicago at Pacific Coliseum. Currently void of any collar labeling, a laundering tag resides just above the inside hem. Styled with a gorgeous and partially chain-stitched Black Hawks Indian head team crest, the solid red durene has been accented with tackle twill numbers on the sleeves and verso, with matching chain-stitched tomahawk patches over each shoulder. Crisp and clean with vibrant colours, the V-neck sweater survives in remarkable condition. A signed LOA from Bobby Hull will accompany this highly desirable jersey.
