Selected by the Carolina Hurricanes third overall in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft, Jack Johnson has spent 10 prosperous years in the world’s greatest league, split evenly between Los Angeles and Columbus. This Kings jersey was worn by the American defenceman in his rookie season of 2007-08, and it’s been signed and photo-matched. Size tagging along with an inventory code label have been affixed to the collar, with Reebok and NHL crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Featuring a crown team crest with “Los Angeles” along the lower front band in textured double-twill letters, the v-neck sweater also sports matching double-twill numbers along with identical Kings shield crests over each shoulder. There is also a memorial crest for the California State Firefighters' Association that resides above the right breast. Game-wear includes a few fabric pulls along the front, along with some faint board burns over the left sleeve. Johnson has added a thin black marker signature to the top of the “3” on verso, and it display’s beautifully. Regarding the previously mentioned photo-matches, Getty image #77920378 from Nov 10th 2007 has been matched to a pair of loose silver threads in the upper area of the team's crest, while Getty image #77920352, also from Nov 10th, has been matched to the long loose black thread on the team patch on the right shoulder, and to the loose thread on the top of the "3" on the right sleeve. A COA from the Kings organization for the Johnson signature will accompany.
