A product of the OHA’s Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds, Swedish Goaltender Robin Lehner was a second-round draft pick of the Ottawa Senators in 2009, with his first couple seasons spent playing mostly in Binghamton. This Senators jersey was worn by the Gothenburg native in 2012-13, and it’s been photo-matched. “Goalie Style” size tagging along with a Reebok name band sit along the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Featuring a clean and attractive Senator team crest, the solid red garment has been accented with double-twill numbers along with matching alternate patches over each shoulder. Game-wear consists of marks on the lower front and over each sleeve, with a few heavier stick marks beneath the left shoulder. There are also light traces of red goal-post paint transfer over each elbow. Regarding the previously mentioned photo-match, Getty image #164103057 from March 17th 2013 has been matched to the black marks located to the left of the Sens team crest, and to the number "40" on the left sleeve. The team patch sits just beneath the fight strap, and it confirms use in the 2012-13 NHL season.
