This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/9/2016
Representing three different eras, we have three game-used sticks featuring players from the 1980s right up uintil today. Sticks are present for Ryan Walter, Doug Crossman and Henrik Zetterberg. 1) Ryan Walter’s 1980s game-used stick. Employed while with the Canadiens, the Canadian Fibreglass stick has “Walter” stamped-on the upper shaft along with handwritten “11”. The stick retains its tape on the blade and handle, with nice use exhibited including marks to the shaft along with spots of red goal-post paint transfer. 2) Doug Crossman’s 1990-91 Hartford Whalers game-used stick. A Sher-Wood 7030 model, “Crossman” and “3” appear stamped-on, with “Hartford” on the underside of the shaft just above the heel. Nice use is exhibited, with wear to the blade and lower shaft, along with a few spots of red goal-post paint transfer. 3) Henrik Zetterberg game-used and signed stick. Gauze-style tape remains on the handle/knob of the Easton SE composite stick, with “40” appearing on the upper shaft. Nice use is showing, with wear to the surface in spots on and near the blade, along with a few abrasions to the shaft. Zetterberg has added a large and flowing signature to the blade in silver paint pen, and it display’s well.
