A product of Michigan State, netminder Ryan Miller spent a number of seasons in Buffalo, and is the Sabres all-time leader for career wins along with the most victories in a season with 41 (2009-10). This Sabres jersey was worn by the East Lansing native early in 2006, and it’s been photo-matched. “Goalie Style” size tagging is attached to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests sitting on the bottom hem and back neckline respectively. Accented with tri-colour tackle twill numbers and a gorgeous team crest, the “Black Set 2” jersey also features matching “B” Sabre patches over each shoulder. The MeiGray patch numbered C01816 sits on the inside hem, and a matching LOA will accompany this great jersey.
Game-wear on the solid black garment includes dark marks to the white sections on the lower front and on each sleeve, along with a few small slits/holes from board burns on the right sleeve near the numbers. As previously mentioned, this jersey has also been photo-matched. Getty image 116935497 from March 16th 2006, Getty image 57212748 from March 29th and Getty image 57347154 from April 16th, have all been matched to the black marks on the “30” on the right sleeve, while Getty image 57347167, also from April 16th, has been matched to the black marks on the “30” on the right sleeve, and to the black mark in the team crest.
