A 1994 draft pick, Marty Turco would play nine seasons in Dallas, and is currently an in-studio analyst for the NHL Network. This Stars jersey was worn by the Sault Ste. Marie native in the 2003 Stanley Cup Playoffs. “Goalie Style” tagging in collar, there’s also additional embroidered CCM and NHL patches on the back neckline and bottom hem. Styled with tackle twill adornments, the garment features a beautiful Stars team crest with matching Texas patches over each shoulder. Visible game-wear on the garment includes a few dark marks on the white fabric sections on the lower front, along with a team repair near the team crest. There is also some loose threading to the back number “5” worth mentioning, and the intact fight strap has “5” handwritten in marker along the top. A MeiGray patch numbered A04381 has been placed on the inside hem, and a matching LOA will accompany. Dallas would advance to the Conference Semi-Finals in 2003, falling to Anaheim in six games.
