Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction October 2016
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/9/2016
Hailing from the 2011-12 season that saw the LA Kings crowned Stanley Cup Champions, we have standout and Conn Smythe trophy winning netminder Jonathan Quick’s Kings jersey that was worn that very season, and it’s been photo-matched. “Goalie Style” and size 58 tagging remains affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with dual-colour tackle twill numbers, the “White Set 1” jersey also features the modern team crest that began use in this season. A MeiGray patch numbered I04612 sits on the inside hem, and a matching LOA will accompany.
Game-wear consists of a number of dark marks on the front and sleeves, along with a large repair right beneath the team crest. There is also a stain on the reverse beneath the left shoulder, along with some red goal-post paint transfer on the back right side just above the bottom hem. As mentioned, this garment has been photo-matched.
