Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction October 2016
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/9/2016
Awesome game-worn jersey from Colorado’s first NHL hockey team is this 1981-82 Rockies gamer worn by center Dave Cameron during his rookie season. The future and now former Ottawa Senators coach’s No. 10 Rockies game-worn jersey from the team’s final season in Denver before moving to New Jersey displays five team repairs on the right sleeve, four on the left sleeve, and four on the front tail below the quadruple twill Rockies crest. Lots of solid game wear including board burns, unrepaired burn holes and green paint transfer on the sleeves, marks on the double-twill sleeve numbers, including red paint transfer on the “1” on the left sleeve, marks on the front tail and pilling.
Sandow SK logo is heat-screened in blue vinyl on the right rear tail and washed-out flag tags remain in the neck.
Heavy stitching shows between the bottom of the numbers for the reinforced fight strap customized with a skate lace.
