Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction October 2016
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/9/2016
Recycled from the previous year set, this Detroit Red Wings jersey was worn in either the 1990-91 pre or regular season by Gord Kruppke, who only dressed for four games with the club that season. Maska Ultrafil tagging remains in collar, with an embroidered CCM patch on the back bottom hem. Accented with tackle twill numbers and letters and a gorgeous and classic winged-wheel team crest, the garment also has the back name affixed directly onto the sweater. Nice game-wear is visible on the garment, with a few dark marks scattered about including on the upper right sleeve. There is also a small stain just above the team crest. We should also note that there are no signs of a former name on the jersey.
