Retiring in 2005 due to a shoulder injury, goaltender Dan Blackburn would play 63 total NHL games for the New York Rangers, spread over a pair of seasons. This Rangers jersey was worn by the Montreal native in 2002-03. A “Goalie Style”, along with “58” size tag remains affixed to the collar, with NHL and KOHO crests on the bottom hem and back neckline respectively. Featuring the familiar diagonal drop-shadow “Rangers” team crest, the “Blue Third Regular Season” jersey has been styled with additional drop-shadow numbers and arching back name. With just light-use visible including a few marks on the lower front band, the tie-neck garment remains in gorgeous condition. A MeiGray patch numbered A02736 sits on the inside hem, and a copy of the matching LOA will accompany.
