Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction February 2016

Always popular are cards from Parkhurst's last 1960s' effort, with this group featuring examples which for the most part exhibit a crease or creases and/or scuffs and which range from Poor to VG+. The key Gordie Howe card has a side-to-side horizontal crease through the legend's face and drops it to G in our eyes, while notables at either G or G+ are 16-Horton, 40-Maniago RC, 50-Delvecchio, 75-Keon, 77-Mahovlich, 88-Geoffrion, 89-Beliveau and 99-Maniago RC. Better and mentionable among a dozen making it to VG or VG+ include 17-Mahovlich, 27-Laperriere RC, 76-Horton and 85-Berenson RC. Other than seven which have major flaws sending them to Poor (65-Bower, 92-Ferguson RC), the rest range from F to G-G+ and include 30-Beliveau (G) and 82-Richard (F). More off-condition gems(!) for you to consider.
